财会行业数字化专家委员会成立
为了更好地贯彻落实 “数字化转型伙伴行动” 倡议，有效地促进财会行业数字化升级，为我国财会行业数字化升级形成财会行业数字化升级整体解决方案，亟需凝聚多方力量推进。2021 年，结合来自 1000 家企业、2 万名会计从业人员、600 所院校、5 万名学生的调研数据，中国商业会计学会正式联合 AIMA、阿里巴巴钉钉共同发起 “财会行业数字化专家委员会”。委员会集合了来自政府、专业组织、大型企业、高等学府、财务数字化软件开发商等社会各界专家代表，并于22年正式发布《数字化会计职业能力框架》和《数字化会计教育规范》两项团体标准，标志着我国数字化会计教育正式进入新的有序发展阶段。
In May 2020, the National Development and Reform Commission, together with 17 ministries and commissions, jointly issued the Initiative on the "Digital Transformation Partnership Action", which has accelerated the important process of digital transformation in China. At present, the digital transformation of the entire accounting ecosystem, with government guidance, industry organizations as the support, market mechanisms as the link, and accounting users as the foothold, is imminent.
To better implement the Initiative on the “Digital Transformation Partnership Action”, effectively promote the digital upgrading of the accounting industry, and form an overall solution for the digital upgrading of China‘s accounting industry, it is urgent to gather the strength of multiple parties to advance this work. In 2021, based on survey data from 1,000 enterprises, 20,000 accounting practitioners, 600 colleges and universities, and 50,000 students, the Chinese Business Accounting Institute（CBAI） officially launched the " Committee of Academic and Research (CAR) " in collaboration with AIMA and Alibaba DingTalk. The committee has brought together expert representatives from various sectors of society, including the government, professional organizations, large enterprises, institutions of higher learning, and financial digital software developers. In 2022, it officially released two group standards, namely Professional Competence Framework of Certified Digitalized Accountants (TCBAI 002—2022) and Digitalized Accounting Education Norms (TCBAI 001—2022), marking that China's digital accounting education has officially entered a new stage of orderly development.
